  2. 02DistributeFarmers collect inputs from a dealer or centre. The centre verifies a redemption code before anything is issued, so each entitlement is honoured once.
  3. 03ReportEvery registration, issue and SMS lands in one record. Report by state, LGA, dealer, crop or season, and export it when funders ask.
