What this covers

This notice covers the Aykre website at https://aykre.com. The Aykre product itself (the admin app and the field app) handles your organisation's data under the agreement your organisation signs with 3Deez Global Investment Ltd, not under this notice.

Visits to the site

We measure visits with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and keeps no identifier that could point back to you. We see which pages were visited, from which site or campaign, on what kind of device, and which buttons were used. We use this to see what visitors read and where they leave, and for nothing else.

The demo request form

When you send the form we keep what you typed: your name, organisation, work email, phone if you gave it, organisation type, what you run today, the page you sent it from and the campaign link that brought you, if any. We keep it so we can reply and arrange a demo. It goes to the people at 3Deez Global Investment Ltd who answer demo requests and to the email service that delivers the notification to them. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days. Write to info@3deezglobal.com.

The law that applies

3Deez Global Investment Ltd is based in Nigeria and handles personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
